Molina, a former great catcher, returns to St. Louis as special assistant to the president

Yadier Molina (41), a former great catcher who retired from the U.S. Major League Baseball (MLB) at the end of the 2022 season, returns to the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Associated Press reported on the 7th (Korean time), "Molina will serve as a special assistant to John Mozeliak, President of St. Louis Baseball Operations."

“We are excited to have Molina return to St. Louis,” said Mozeliak. “He will not only provide invaluable assistance in MLB, but he will also spend time with our minor league team in a new role.”
